From Form Lead to Customer, On Its Own

Every lead you collect with a form is nurtured automatically by a Day 3 / 7 / 14 drip sequence. It A/B tests the variants, puts the best one live and turns a distant lead into a buyer.

Short answer

Every lead you collect with a form is nurtured by a Day 3 / 7 / 14 drip sequence. You A/B test the variants and put the winner live. We set up the template, the placeholders, business-hours timing and automatic opt-out. You watch the results.

Collect the lead with a form. The Day 3 / 7 / 14 drip sequence nurtures it for you. The A/B test picks the winning variant itself. We set up one template for several cities, self-filling placeholders, business-hours timing and automatic opt-out. You only watch the result.

3-step drip setup

A/B 50/50

Step 1 · Day 3

Trigger: 3 days after lead intake (within business hours)

"First follow-up + content based on interest"

Step 2 · Day 7

Condition: no reply to step 1

"Details + social proof + early offer"

Step 3 · Day 14

Condition: still no reply · final urgency

"Urgency + last chance + opt-out reminder"

⚙ Smart behaviour

  • • If the customer replies: remaining steps are cancelled
  • • If they write "Stop" / "Unsubscribe": opt-out, never triggered again
  • • Outside business hours: pushed to the next working morning

Three-step drip sequence · A/B test

The rhythm that works is ready: first touch on Day 3, details on Day 7, final urgency on Day 14. Each step compares two variants with a 50/50 split. The moment the person replies at any step, the sequence closes. Depending on the condition, it hands over to an agent or moves to the next step.

  • Timing in days (from 1 to 90 days)
  • A/B variants with a 50/50 split; the winner goes live on its own
  • As soon as a reply comes in, the sequence closes and an agent takes over

City-by-city campaigns: one template, separate dates

Do you have several branches, or consultation days in different cities? Set up a campaign with its own dates for each city. The {{campaign.cities_human}} and {{campaign.event_date}} placeholders you put in a single template fill in on every send. Sending stops for a date whose window has closed, so no message goes out for a past event.

  • 8 campaigns and 20 city/date combinations per account
  • Language-aware joining word: "ve" in Turkish, "and" in English, on its own
  • Window check: no message goes out for an event that has passed

All lead sources through one webhook

Web form, Meta Lead Ads, Zapier, n8n or CSV: whatever the source, the drip sequence starts on its own. Each account gets its own API key and custom field mapping. Form fields map automatically to the {{custom_1}} and {{custom_2}} variables.

  • REST API and a key per account
  • Works with Zapier, n8n and Make out of the box
  • Direct Meta Lead Ads connection: coming soon. Today the lead comes in through the web form or the webhook.
