When are commissions paid?
In the referral and reseller programs, commissions are transferred to your account at the end of the month in which the customer payment is processed. Before payment we share a period statement showing which customer generated how much commission.
How many customers do I need to bring?
There is no minimum quota. In the referral program even a single referral earns commission. To move to the reseller program, 3 active customers per month is enough.
What are the technical requirements for a technology partnership?
Any platform that uses a REST API can integrate. The Chatinbox team provides a sandbox environment and technical documentation support free of charge.
