Partly ready
The messaging side works today.
The order side is Ticimax only, and it is a pilot.
We put this in the first sentence because finding it out three months from now would be bad for both of us. Below you will find, one by one, which job runs on every account today, which one runs only on selected stores, and which one does not exist at all — three separate lists, not one box.
For e-commerce, the part that works on every account today is the messaging side: WhatsApp, Instagram and marketplace questions land in one queue, and the same customer stays in one conversation whichever channel they write from. Taking an order from the conversation runs only on Ticimax and only on selected stores, as a pilot. Pulling shipment status, handling returns and tracking carts do not run in Chatinbox. All three are in separate lists below.
Where is the store's real bottleneck?
Questions from WhatsApp, from Instagram and from marketplace messages land in three different places during the day. The same customer writes on three channels, three different agents answer, and none of them knows what the others said. Size, colour, stock and "where is my parcel" questions get mixed together.
Chatinbox solves that mess today: one queue, visible ownership of who wrote what, repeated answers coming from a library. It does not touch the order itself — we have written that out separately below.
What exists today and what does not
These lists are not written by hand; they are generated from our product record. When an item changes side, this page changes with it.
Customers use these today.
-
Every channel in one panel
WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DM and cloud PBX (call) conversations collect in a single panel; website live chat (WebChat) is coming soon. Telegram and Facebook Messenger can also be connected — we set them up for any customer who asks.
-
Team visibility
You can see which agent wrote what to which customer, which requests are still open and which conversations are waiting for follow-up.
-
Customer record matched to the conversation
Customer and prospective-patient records are kept, and conversations are matched to the right customer.
-
Role-based access
Each team member sees only the conversations, channels and customer details they are authorised for.
-
Conversation summary
A long conversation is summarised, so whoever takes it over does not have to read it from the beginning.
-
Customer intent analysis
What the conversation is about and what the customer wants are classified.
-
Purchase-intent assessment
An assessment is produced of how serious a request the conversation represents.
-
Reply suggestion for the agent
The AI suggests a reply to the agent; the decision to send it to the customer belongs to the agent.
-
Answers drawn from your knowledge base
The content you upload to the knowledge base is given to the AI as the source for its suggested reply.
-
Automatic replies from the flow you build
In the flows you build, the bot sends the messages you defined to the customer without waiting for your approval.
-
Saved reply library
The answers your team writes often live in a library, so a repeated message is not retyped every time.
-
Flows and automation rules
Repeating steps such as out-of-hours greetings, tagging and routing can be set up as rules.
-
Marketplace messages merged in
MESSAGES arriving through Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 and sahibinden also collect in the same shared inbox.
These genuinely work, but they are not open on every account. We run them under control on a limited number of stores and they still receive fixes. Whether they can be switched on for you is something we tell you on the call.
-
Creating a Ticimax order from the conversation
On selected stores the bot collects the order details while talking to the customer and creates the order in your Ticimax store. This is within the pilot.
-
Ticimax integration
On selected stores the bot records the order it took from the conversation in your Ticimax store. This is within the pilot and is not open on every account.
The code for these is being written right now. It is not open for use yet, so we are not saying what it will cover or when it will arrive — because we do not know. We name them because pretending that started work does not exist would not be right either.
- Coming soon İkas integration
- Coming soon WebChat — live chat on your site
- Coming soon Native mobile app (Google Play + App Store)
These do not exist today. We plan to build them and we are not committing to a date — if we did, the risk of missing it would become your problem.
- Roadmap Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento order integration
- Roadmap Abandoned-cart automation
- Roadmap Order status notification
- Roadmap Shipment tracking
- Roadmap Marketplace order API
- Roadmap Google Calendar sync
- Roadmap Google reviews and referral system
- Roadmap Additional channel connections
- Roadmap Event-triggered automatic reminders
- Roadmap Online deposit and payment link
- Roadmap Inbound lead endpoint (API key + webhook)
So today shipment status is not pulled from any platform. Reading product and stock data and taking an order from the conversation run only on Ticimax and only on selected stores, as a pilot: in that flow the bot checks colour and size against live stock. On other platforms (Shopify, İkas, WooCommerce, Trendyol, Hepsiburada) both stock lookup and order writing are on the roadmap.
It fits you today if
- You get a lot of messages a day and answer them with a team of 2 to 10
- The same customer writes to you on more than one channel
- Your team copies the same answers by hand all day
- You cannot see who answered what
It does not fit you today if
- You are looking for a two-way order connection with your store panel
- You want a system that answers shipment status automatically
- You want to set up an abandoned-cart recovery flow
- You are looking for a bot that answers every question on its own, outside the flow you built
If you are on this list we are not telling you to skip the call; we just want to be sure you will not be disappointed today.
We want to talk about the order side with you
We decide the order in which we build order integrations by talking to real stores. If your message volume is high and you want to build this side with us, let us talk on the call about exactly what arrives and when.
Request a 15-minute intro callThe 15-minute intro call is free and carries no commitment. We handle the setup; the setup fee depends on the scope of your business and appears as a separate line in the written quote.
