Ticimax WhatsApp Order Bot
The Chatinbox order bot runs the sales conversation with customers who write to your Ticimax store on WhatsApp, and writes the confirmed order into Ticimax by itself.
A customer sees your ad and writes on WhatsApp: "do you have this in black?". The bot shows the product, suggests the size and collects the address and payment method. The order lands in your Ticimax panel. Your team no longer keys orders in by hand and only handles the conversations the bot hands over.
For stores on Ticimax: the bot answers product questions on WhatsApp, suggests a size, sends a confirmation card, collects the address and payment method (cash on delivery or bank transfer) and writes the order into Ticimax by itself. If the customer wants a person, or the bot gets stuck, the conversation goes to your team. We do the setup.

Where does a WhatsApp order load your team?
The same three jobs repeat on a store's WhatsApp line all day. The bot takes on all three.
Keying orders into the panel
Once the customer confirms on WhatsApp, someone enters the order into Ticimax by hand. The bot does it itself: product, colour, size, quantity, address and payment method go into the order.
The same questions every day
"Which size fits me?", "How much is shipping?", "How do returns work?" The bot answers them with your store's size chart and your own shipping, return and payment text.
"Which product is this?"
A customer from an ad does not know the product code and sends a screenshot. The bot recognises the ad's product, finds the product in the photo in your catalogue and asks "is this the one?".
One order, start to finish
The bot runs the conversation from the customer's first message until the order lands in Ticimax. The customer can type in several pieces or send a voice note.
- 1
Finds the product
Takes a customer from an ad to that ad's product, and a customer with a photo to the matching catalogue product.
- 2
Shows the product card
Photo, price and in-stock sizes on one card. It only offers colours and sizes that can be sold, and lists the other colours in stock when one is sold out.
- 3
Settles the size
Understands "I'm usually a 38" or "M". For a customer who is not sure, it asks for height and weight and suggests a size from your size chart.
- 4
Sends a confirmation card
Product, colour, size, quantity and total on one card. One conversation can include more than one product.
- 5
Collects the address and payment method
Reads name, phone, province, district and address from one message and does not ask again for what was written. It also asks: cash on delivery or bank transfer?
- 6
Writes the order into Ticimax
The order lands in your store panel. If the customer later asks "where is my parcel?", the bot answers from the order record.
The bot leaves what it cannot do to your team
The bot does not force every conversation to the end. It hands the ones that need a person to your team.
- If the customer asks for a manager or a person, the conversation goes to your team.
- Cancelling a placed order and refunds go to your team. For an exchange or return, the bot first asks for a photo of the invoice.
- It lets go when it is stuck: it does not send the same answer a third time or ask for the address more than twice.
- A customer handed over between 22:00 and 09:00 is told your team will get back from 09:00 in the morning.
- It does not reply to old messages that piled up before it was switched on. Those conversations stay with your team.
We do the setup
We set up the Ticimax connection and the bot. What we need from you is information your store already has: your size chart and your shipping, return and payment text. The bot answers customers with it. For products with a description in Ticimax, the bot also answers fabric questions.
