Common questions about chatbot automation
How long does it take to build a chatbot?
Pick the ready-made template for your sector and edit its content. Your first bot is live in about 10 minutes. If you want to start from scratch, tell the AI Flow Wizard what you need. The first draft appears in seconds.
Is bulk messaging the same as building a chatbot?
No. A bulk message sends the same campaign or notice to a group you choose. A chatbot answers each incoming message with a flow based on its content. Chatinbox keeps both in one place. You do not chase separate tools for campaigns and chat automation.
How do I decide when and how the bot reacts?
You define rules with five criteria: keyword, channel, tag, time and customer group. You build conditional setups by drag and drop in the visual editor. Example: "connect to an agent in working hours, send an information message outside them".
Trigger engine and working-hours control
A flow can start from a keyword, a first message, a web form, a channel, a tag or a set time. In working hours you connect the chat to a real agent. Outside them you hand it to an automatic information flow.
You mark holidays and special dates separately. The system switches to the right flow for that day on its own. Even your bulk campaigns then follow your working calendar.
- Trigger by keyword, channel, tag and time
- Separate flows inside and outside working hours
- Holiday calendar and special-day support

AI Flow Wizard
AI Flow Wizard: describe it in a sentence, the flow is ready
One sentence such as "build a new-patient welcome flow" is enough. The AI drafts a multi-node scenario that fits your business. You approve each node with one click, or change it.
Instead of staring at a blank screen, you start with a draft and build on it. The Chatinbox AI wizard is the shortest way to get your first flow running.
- Create flows in plain language
- Template suggestions by sector
- Step-by-step approved editing
Flow monitoring and performance dashboard
You see live which flow carries how many people where, and at which node customers drop off most. Find the point of loss and fix that node.
Once you see where the loss happens, you change that node and publish the flow again.
- Node-level conversion and drop-off analysis
- Publish the node you fixed
- Count of live flows and an error log
