Why won't the flow activate?
Open the flow in the Flow Builder editor, run Akışı Doğrula, clear every listed error, save, then press the Pasif toggle in the toolbar.
Two controls switch a flow on: the play icon in the Flow Builder list and the Pasif toggle in the editor toolbar. Activation runs the last saved version, so clear the amber unsaved dot before you press anything. Akışı Doğrula, inside the gear window, spells out what is broken.
Before you start
- Flow Builder in the left menu. The item stays hidden when your plan does not carry the feature.
- A saved flow. That amber dot in the toolbar means your edits never reached the server.
- The line this flow will serve. You pick the same flow again when you switch the bot on from Hatlar.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the flow from the Flow Builder list
Open Flow Builder in the left menu. Double-click the flow row, or press the pencil icon labelled Düzenle.
Clear the Akışı Doğrula errors, then press the toggle
Open the gear window named Ayarlar and press Akışı Doğrula. Fix each line under Hatalar, save your work, then press the Pasif toggle in the toolbar.
See the toolbar badge switch to Aktif
The toggle turns green and reads Aktif. Back in the list the row icon now says Deaktif Et, and the active counter above has gone up by one.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A red banner reading Aktivasyon başarısız or INV-AT-008 means the call failed. Return to the list: a Deaktif Et icon means the flow went live anyway.
- Errors from Akışı Doğrula never lock the toggle. Switch a broken flow on and its runs pile up under Hata in Flow İzleme.
- No Flow Builder item in the left menu means the feature is closed on your account. Ask the Chatinbox team to open it.
