Step by step
Open Order Approvals
Go to Order Approvals from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Why can’t the order be approved?
Check Missing delivery, product and variant rows, price changes and payment details. Complete the fields named on screen.
Check the result
After Approve, confirm that the status is Approved or that a remaining error is clearly shown.
