Why can’t the order be approved?

Complete the amber “Teslimat eksik” list on the row, confirm the address badge, then press the green approve button. The status moves to Onaylandı.

Short answer

The approve button is visible, yet the server refuses an order with incomplete delivery details. Empty fields are named in amber on the row. An address badge has to be cleared with the map icon first. After approval the badge reads Onaylandı; the guide to the order flow from start to finish lists the states that follow.

An order in the Onay Bekliyor (awaiting approval) status
Name, phone, province, district, address and payment type collected from the customer

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Open Sohbet Gözetimi

Go there from the left menu and switch to the Siparişler tab. Approve and reject happen right on that tab, through the icons at the end of each order card.

Read the missing delivery fields

The amber text names every empty field.

Ask the customer for what is missing

You cannot type these fields on this screen.

Confirm the address, then press the green tick

Press the map icon first if a badge is shown.

A price-change window compares the quoted price with the current one. Vazgeç (cancel) leaves the order waiting.
“Talep bu durumda bu işleme uygun değil.” means the action cannot be done in the request's current state; the state may have changed while you looked. The list refreshes after the error; check the row's current status and actions.
When the server refuses an approval because delivery details are missing, the row stays on Onay Bekliyor.
If the order is missing, set the date filter to Tümü (all) and tick “Süresi dolanları da göster” (show expired).
