Step by step
Open Lines
Go to Lines from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Refresh lines from WapCRM and select active lines
Use Refresh from WapCRM. Select the lines that will receive and send messages, and leave inactive lines unselected.
Check the result
Confirm that the selected lines are active in the Lines list and that each one shows the correct number.
