Why won't my project start sending?

A dimmed send icon on the Projeler row carries the reason in its tooltip: no target list, no template, no line, or a run already in flight.

Short answer

The send icon never dims without cause; its tooltip names the single missing piece. A project with no target list cannot send. It also stays dim while no approved template, gallery template or free text has been chosen. When a run is already open on that project, pause or cancel it first.

Before you start

The Projeler feature enabled on your account. Otherwise the page reads Bu özellik hesabınızda henüz etkin değil.
At least one target list attached to the project, holding sendable numbers.
A chosen WhatsApp channel and some content: an approved template, a gallery template or free text.

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Find the project row on the Projeler page

Open Projeler in the left menu. Set the status filter above the table to Tümü when the project is missing.

Read the send tooltip and supply what it names

Hover the dimmed send icon until the tooltip states the reason. Open Projeyi düzenle with the pencil icon, fill that field and save.

See the recipient count appear in the Gönder window

The icon becomes clickable. The window states how many recipients will get the message, and Onayla ve Gönder is followed by Gönderim başlatıldı.

If it did not work

Check these

A tooltip reading Bu projede aktif bir gönderim var means a run is open. Use the pause, resume and cancel icons on that same row.
A dim Onayla ve Gönder means the preview found zero recipients. Check the sendable count of that list on the Listeler tab of Veri Yönetimi.
An amber note about a missing template parameter skips those recipients. Map the parameter to a list column that is filled for everyone.
