Why won't my CSV or Excel file import?
Open the Veri İçe Aktar wizard on the Listeler tab of Veri Yönetimi. The red warning names the blocker: file type, the 15 MB cap, or the row cap.
Step one reads the file inside your browser and says exactly what it refuses. Three causes cover most of them: the extension is not .xlsx, .xls or .csv, the file passes 15 MB, or it holds more than 50,000 rows. Nothing gets split for you. Cut a large file in two and import it twice.
Before you start
- The contact list feature enabled on your account. Otherwise the Listeler card reads Bu özellik hesabınızda henüz etkin değil.
- A .xlsx, .xls or .csv file of at most 15 MB and 50,000 rows.
- Column headers on the first row, with a phone column among them.
- Your data on the first sheet, because the wizard imports that sheet alone.
Step by step

Start the wizard from the Veri Yönetimi page
Open Veri Yönetimi in the left menu and stay on the Listeler tab. Press the Veri İçe Aktar button at the top right.
Drop the file, then fix whatever the red warning names
Drag the file onto the drop area of step 1. Dosya. Correct the extension, the size or the row count, then press Değiştir to pick the file again.
Compare the row and column counts on the file line
A row count and a column count sit next to the file name. Match both against your own file, and find your own headers in the preview table underneath.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- Dosya boş görünüyor and Dosyada sayfa bulunamadı both point at an empty first sheet. Move the header row to the top of that sheet.
- A multi-sheet file raises an amber note, and only the first sheet is imported. Split the remaining sheets into files of their own.
- The warning Dosya okunamadı means the reader gave up. Open the file in Excel, save it again as .xlsx, then retry the upload.
