How to close a finished conversation
Use Chati Kapat when a reply is complete and no follow-up remains. The action is applied directly without a separate confirmation dialog, so check that the conversation is finished before selecting it.
Open the conversation and select Chati Kapat once in the upper-right corner. The control changes to Yeniden Aç and a timestamped system entry identifies who closed the conversation. No normal customer message is sent.
