New Flow Builder and Knowledge Base are live. What changed

Find the sending history for a phone number

Type the number into the Telefon Numarası Ara box on the Export tab. Every message sent to it is listed with date, status, template and error.

Short answer

The lookup gathers every message this account has sent to one number into a single table. It ignores the Filtreler section below, and no date range is involved. The screen shows the newest thousand rows by default. Download CSV or PDF for the full set; every download is written to the KVKK audit trail and lands in Export Geçmişi as "Numara geçmişi".

This page also exists in Turkish with the same scope: Türkçe okuyun

Before you start

  • The Export tab enabled on your account; when it is off the page reads "Dışa aktarma bu hesapta henüz etkin değil."
  • The number itself, since both 0532 123 45 67 and +905321234567 are accepted

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Switch to the Export tab under Veri Yönetimi

Open Veri Yönetimi (Data Management) in the left menu. Of the two tabs at the top choose "Export", where "Telefon Numarası Ara" sits at the very top of the page.

Type the number and press Ara

Enter the number in the "Telefon numarası" box. Press "Ara", or hit Enter. The result table opens with Tarih, Durum, Şablon, Kampanya, Hata and Mesaj columns.

Read the country-code number and the message count

Above the table, check the number as the panel normalised it and the message count beside it. When the history runs past the screen limit, that same line adds "en yeni 1.000 gösteriliyor — tümü için indirin". Press "CSV" or "PDF" for the full record.

If it did not work

Check these

  • "Bu numaraya gönderim bulunamadı." means this account has never messaged that number. Retype it with the country code and search again.
  • "Geçerli bir telefon numarası girin." points at letters or missing digits. Enter the number as 905321234567.
  • The PDF folds Turkish letters to ASCII, so ş prints as s. That is expected behaviour; use the CSV or the on-screen table when you need the original text.

Does this step look different in your panel?

We can review the screen and exact error text together.
