Review the message preview
The Preview column renders the template in the chat layout a customer sees; you switch to a sample contact and confirm the text with a test send.
The Preview column shows the template in the chat layout a customer sees. Header, body, footer and buttons sit together. One link flips between variable names and a sample contact's values. The last step is a test to your own number, not another read-through.
Before you start
- A selected approved template
- At least one target list selected, for the sample view
- Your own WhatsApp number for the test
- Your account cleared for approved-template sending
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Önizleme column
Edit the project on the Projects screen; the column sits at the right of the dialog.
Read the bubble line by line
Read the header, the body, the footer and the buttons in that order.
Read the sample contact's values
When the selected list has a sample contact, Önizleme opens with that contact's values. Click Değişkenleri göster to see the variable names, and Örnekle göster to return to the sample.
Send a test to your own number
Type your number with the country code in Test Mesajı and press Test Gönder.
Read it on the phone
Open WhatsApp once the sent confirmation appears. Each customer sees the same layout with their own values; the test uses the sample record's values.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If Önizleme stays on variable names and neither Değişkenleri göster nor Örnekle göster appears, no target list is selected or the list has no sample contact. Tick a list under Hedef Listeler.
- A test that stays queued is still in line. Retry after a few minutes, because test sends are rate limited.
- “Mesaj gönderilmedi: numara filtrelendi” means the number either opted out or has no marketing consent. Run the test with another number.
