Step by step
Open Projects → Preview and Test
Go to Projects → Preview and Test from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Review the message preview
Read the header, body, variables, buttons and media in Preview. Change the sample recipient to test field mappings.
Check the result
Confirm that the customer-facing message has no empty field, raw variable or wrong media.
