Review weekly lead and risk trends
The Haftalık Trend strip always covers the last 8 weeks and ignores the page date filter. Hover a dot to read that week's count for one series.
The strip sits under the Son Konuşmalar table on the Genel Bakış tab and draws three lines: Şikayet / İade, Diğer Risk and Lead / Dönüşüm. Its window is fixed. The note beside it says so in as many words: "Son 8 hafta, konuşma tarihine göre; tarih filtresi bu şeride uygulanmaz." One week's jump is not a trend, so read at least three weeks before calling a direction.
Before you start
- Access to the Genel Bakış tab; Konuşma Analizi must be enabled for your company
- Labelled conversations in at least one week — with no data the strip is not drawn at all
- The Tarih, Temsilci and Hat filters above the tab; the note beside the strip names the one it ignores
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Find the strip on Genel Bakış
Open the Genel Bakış tab in Konuşma Analizi. Scroll below the Son Konuşmalar table. The Haftalık Trend heading, the three-colour legend and the coverage note beside it all sit there.
Compare the three lines week by week
Hover the dots; the tooltip gives that week's date and the count for one series. Read the lines against each other on the same week. Look into the Riskli Konuşmalar tab when risk climbs while leads fall.
Note the date at each end of the window
Read the dates at the bottom left and bottom right of the strip; they mark the start and end of the window. Quote both dates with your reading, because changing the page date filter leaves the strip untouched.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A missing strip is not a fault. With no labelled conversations, Chatinbox draws no empty axis and hides the strip completely.
- Changing the date filter moves the cards while the strip stays put. The strip is a fixed 8-week window, and the note beside it says the same.
- A low last week may simply mean that week has not finished yet. Compare completed weeks against each other.
