Step by step
Open Flow Builder → flow editor
Go to Flow Builder → flow editor from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Save, activate and stop a flow
Use Save first. If validation has no errors, select Activate; use Stop to prevent it from starting in new conversations.
Check the result
Confirm that the status badge matches the action: Draft, Active or Stopped.
