Save, activate and stop a flow
Each save leaves a new version behind. The Aktif button puts the flow to work on your lines, and the server refuses activation while validation errors remain.
Nothing saves itself here. A change reaches the server only through Ctrl+S or the disk button in the toolbar. Before activation the server validates the whole flow and rejects the request when it finds errors. A save on an active flow goes live at once.
Before you start
- A flow open in the editor and permission to save it
- At least one line ticked in the Başlangıç node, or no customer message reaches the flow
- A canvas with no validation errors, because a flow with errors cannot be activated
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Write your changes with the save button
Press Ctrl+S or click the disk button in the toolbar. Every save creates a version and raises the v number by one.
Start or stop the flow with the Aktif button
Click the button while it reads Pasif; the label turns to Aktif and the flow starts serving the selected lines. Click it again to stop, and the label returns to Pasif.
Check the active counter and the row button in the list
Go back to the list with the arrow at the top left. The active counter in the header should be one higher. The tooltip on the row button should now read Deaktif Et, and its icon should be the pause icon.

Check these
- A red banner reading "Akis aktif edilemez — n hata bulundu" blocks activation. Run Akışı Doğrula from the gear button and repair every node it lists.
- A flow that still carries a retired node cannot be activated: Outbound, Duygu Analizi, Gruba Ata, API Çağrısı, E-Ticaret. Delete those nodes or swap in the current equivalent.
- Saving an active flow applies the new wording to conversations already under way. Set the flow to Pasif first when the change is risky, and try it in the test window.
