Read flow variables and error details

Open one run in Flow İzleme, then read the Değişkenler boxes under each step and the red Hata Detayı band to see where the value went wrong.

Short answer

When a flow answers the wrong thing, the cause usually sits in a single step. The centre panel keeps a variables box under each step. The band at the bottom holds the values the run ended with. A red band prints the recorded error text unchanged.

Before you start

The Flow İzleme item in the left menu
At least one recorded run of the flow
A date range that covers the run

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Open Flow İzleme

Set the status selector to failed runs.

Find the run

Narrow the date range, or type the number into the search box.

Read the step trail

The inbound, outbound and variable boxes hold the values at that moment.

Read the final band at the bottom

It collects the values left when the run finished.

Match the error text to a step number

Note the number of the step where the expected value first went wrong.

If it did not work

Check these

If the centre panel asks for a selection, no run is chosen yet. Click a row in the left list.
The final band can be absent; that run produced no variables.
The error band is drawn only for runs that ended in an error.
On code INV-AT-041 click the row again. Send the text to support if it repeats.
