Read flow variables and error details
Open one run in Flow İzleme, then read the Değişkenler boxes under the step rows and the red Hata Detayı band to see where the value went wrong.
When a flow answers the wrong thing, the cause usually sits in a single step. In the centre panel a Değişkenler box sits under the last step of each customer turn and holds the values at the end of that turn. Once the run has ended, the Değişkenler (Final) band at the bottom collects the remaining values. A red band prints the recorded error text unchanged.
Before you start
- The Flow İzleme item in the left menu
- At least one recorded run of the flow
- A date range that covers the run
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Flow İzleme
Set the status selector to failed runs.
Find the run
Narrow the date range, or type the number into the search box.
Read the step trail
The Gelen box sits on the first step of a turn; the Giden and Değişkenler boxes sit on its last step. The Değişkenler box holds the values at the end of that turn.
Read the final band at the bottom
It collects the values left when the run finished.
Match the error text to a step number
Note the number of the step where the expected value first went wrong.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If the centre panel asks for a selection, no run is chosen yet. Click a row in the left list.
- The final band is drawn only after the run has ended. It is absent on Çalışıyor or Bekliyor records and on runs that produced no variables.
- The error band is drawn only for runs that ended in an error.
- If the centre panel does not change when you click a row, the detail did not load; click the row again. If it repeats, send the flow name and the run's start time to support.
