Filter FAQs by category
The box on the SSS tab matches a category exactly; part of a word or a different capital returns nothing. Question text cannot be searched.
The filter box does one job: it matches the category you type letter for letter. It is not a search box. Nothing searches question, answer or keyword text. When nothing matches, the list looks empty.
Before you start
- An account that can open the SSS tab
- The exact spelling of the category, since capitals change the result
- At least one entry that carries a category
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the SSS tab
Go to Bilgi Bankası from the left menu.
Find the filter box
It sits to the right of the panel heading.
Copy the spelling from a row
Take the category label exactly as it appears.
Type the category into the box
The list reloads on every keystroke and jumps back to page one.
Check the remaining rows carry that label
The number in the heading gives the filtered total.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- An empty result means either no entries exist or your filter matched none.
- Clear the box first; if rows come back, correct the spelling.
- Part of a word will not match, because the comparison is exact.
- Keywords cannot be searched. Page through the list to reach the entry.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
