Open Lines → runtime status
Go to Lines → runtime status from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Stop and restart the bot runtime
Open the relevant line. Use Stop to halt new bot work, and Start to run it again.

Confirm that the status badge changes to Stopped or Running. A selected button alone is not enough.
