Stop and restart the bot runtime
Use Durdur on the Yapay zekâ asistanı card in Bot Kontrol to silence a line, and Başlat to bring it back. This button is separate from the line's bot switch.
Stopping the assistant is not the same as flipping the line's bot switch; it is a separate control living on the Bot Kontrol screen. Bot Kontrol is absent from the left menu, and you reach it from the note at the foot of the Hatlar page. A stopped line ignores the assistant from its next message onward, while conversations already in progress carry on. Starting asks for a confirmation, stopping does not.
Before you start
- At least one WhatsApp line wired to the AI assistant; otherwise the card comes up empty
- Access to the Hatlar page, since the link to Bot Kontrol sits there
- Knowing which line you want to stop, because the card lists lines by id rather than by name
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Hatlar and follow the Bot Kontrol link at the foot of the page
Open Hatlar (Lines) from the left menu. Click the Bot Kontrol link inside the note at the bottom of that page. This screen does not appear in the left menu.
Press Durdur or Başlat on the Yapay zekâ asistanı card
Find your line in the card's list by its id, since the card prints no line names. Press Durdur to stop it; no confirmation is asked. To start it, press Başlat and then Evet, başlat.
Watch the badge switch to Durduruldu or Çalışıyor
The badge on the row moves between Çalışıyor and Durduruldu, and the Son değişiklik line under it updates as well. The screen refreshes itself every 20 seconds.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- The message "bot ÖNCEKİ durumunda çalışmaya devam ediyor" means the request did not go through. Read the badge, then repeat the action.
- An unchanged badge means the assistant is still running. Turning off the line's bot switch does not move this badge; they are two separate controls.
- Under a "Bazı bilgiler yüklenemedi" warning the card may be missing lines. Refresh the list first, and stop the line only once you can see it.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
