Choose a new or existing target list
In the Hedef Liste box on the mapping step, create a new list or pick an existing one. Records are written into the list you choose.
The target list decides where the imported records land. You can start a fresh list or grow one that already exists. Existing lists appear in the dropdown with their record counts, which is the fastest way to confirm you picked the right one. The wizard will not advance until you choose.
Before you start
- You must be on wizard step 2, Eşleme & Seçenekler; the Hedef Liste box sits at the top of the right column.
- To append to an existing list, that list has to be visible in the Listeler table.
- The name box cannot be left empty when you create a new list.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the right column of the mapping step
Open Veri Yönetimi from the left menu, press Veri İçe Aktar on the Listeler tab and upload your file. Look at the right side of wizard step 2. Click the dropdown under the Hedef Liste heading.
Create a new list or select an existing one
The menu opens with “— Yeni liste oluştur —”; choose it and a name box appears below for the list you are about to create. Existing lists are listed with their record count in parentheses. That count is the quickest way to tell you are on the right list.
See the warning clear and check Listede Var on the summary
The red line asking you to pick a list or type a name disappears. If you selected an existing list, wizard step 3 calculates a Listede Var figure; for a brand-new list it stays at zero.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A list you just created may be missing from the menu. Refresh the page: lists are read when the page opens and again after an import finishes.
- While “Bir liste seçin veya yeni liste adı girin” is on screen, the name box is empty. Type a name; the line clears and İlerle unlocks.
- Importing into the wrong list cannot be undone. Once the list shows Hazır, open it from the Listeler table and delete the surplus records one by one with the bin icon; the delete column only appears on a Hazır list.
