Read the Konuşma Analizi summary on Ana Sayfa
The Konuşma Analizi block on Ana Sayfa draws four action cards and six summary cards. The numbers follow whatever filter is still open in the report.
Open the home page and the conversation analysis block draws two rows of cards. The top row names today's work. The six compact cards below hold period totals. A note beside the heading says which set you are looking at.
Before you start
- Conversation analysis enabled for your account
- A panel session tied to a company
- At least one analysis run
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the home page
Pick it in the left menu and find the conversation analysis block.
Choose today's job from the four top cards
The first three action cards open the risky conversations tab.
Read the six lower cards as period totals
The three conversion cards go to the lead and conversion tab.
Tell the non-clickable cards apart
Pending actions, completed actions and analysed conversations are not clickable.
Read the period note beside the heading
It says whether the numbers carry no filter or follow the report filter.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A missing block means the feature is off for your account or the licence lookup failed.
- A summary that could not load means the licence is fine but the data did not arrive.
- Open the report and reload the page there.
- Numbers that differ from the report come from a filter left open there.
