Edit and archive a project
The pencil icon, or a double-click on the row, opens Projeyi Düzenle. The archive icon takes the project out of the list without deleting its history.
The edit window carries every setting of the project. Archiving is not deletion. An archived project drops out of the default filter and its name becomes reusable. Its run history stops. Archived rows keep no action icons.
Before you start
- The project must not be archived
- A project name of at most 120 characters; the description stops at 500
- Every parameter mapped again if you change the template
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the row from the project list
Select the pencil icon, or double-click the row itself.
Update the fields
Change the name, description, target lists, line and template as needed.
Refresh the mapping if you changed the template
Every parameter has to be bound to a list column again.
Select Kaydet
Closing with unsaved edits raises a warning and asks you to confirm.
Press the archive icon to archive
Accept the confirmation; the row then leaves the default filter.

Check these
- Code "INV-OB-069" means another active project carries that name. Rename yours and save again.
- "Her şablon parametresi için bir liste kolonu seçin." means one parameter is still unmapped.
- To find a project you archived, pick the archived status in the filter.
- An archived row opens neither on double-click nor from the pencil icon.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
