Step by step
Open Knowledge Base → FAQs
Go to Knowledge Base → FAQs from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Delete an FAQ entry
Open the FAQ entry you want to remove, recheck the question text, and confirm Delete.
Check the result
Confirm that the entry leaves the list and the same example question no longer returns that answer.
