New Flow Builder and Knowledge Base are live. What changed

Delete an FAQ entry

Deleting an FAQ in the SSS tab deactivates the row and drops it from the list. Adding the same question again revives the old entry and rewrites its answer.

Short answer

Deletion happens on the row itself, at the right end. No separate delete screen opens, and once you accept the browser prompt "Bu SSS silinsin mi?" the entry is deactivated. It leaves the list, and the assistant's knowledge search no longer finds it. There is no undo button. Add a new FAQ with the exact same question text and the old entry comes back, carrying the answer, category, language and keywords you type that time.

This page also exists in Turkish with the same scope: Türkçe okuyun

Before you start

  • Access to the Bilgi Bankası screen; the menu item can stay hidden when your plan does not include the feature.
  • The question text or category of the entry you want to remove, since the list has no free-text search.
  • A copy of the answer, because the panel offers no undo button.

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Open the SSS tab and locate the entry

Open Bilgi Bankası from the left menu. Switch to the SSS tab at the top. The list shows 20 rows per page, newest first, and the order cannot be changed. Önceki and Sonraki appear at the bottom only once you have more than 20 entries. The Kategoriye göre filtrele box narrows it.

Click the trash icon on the row and confirm

Click the trash icon at the right end of the row. The icon carries no label, and the pencil beside it does not delete anything, it opens the editor. The browser then asks "Bu SSS silinsin mi?". Confirm it, and remember that entries go one at a time because there is no bulk select.

Watch the row vanish and the SSS counter drop

The list reloads on its own. The deleted row disappears and the count in the panel header, SSS (n), goes down by one. If that was your last entry the count is gone entirely and "SSS bulunamadı" takes its place. No red warning bar means the delete went through.

Result check

If it did not work

Check these

  • Cannot find the entry? Empty the Kategoriye göre filtrele box first. It matches the category exactly, letter case included, so one small spelling difference returns "SSS bulunamadı".
  • A red bar reading "FAQ ... not found or already deleted" means another tab or user removed it first; press the refresh icon to reload the list. "HTTP 401" means your session expired or this account has no rights here, so sign out and sign in again.
  • Deleted the wrong entry? Use SSS Ekle and type the exact same question text. The old entry returns, but in its former position rather than at the top of the list, and you have to write the answer, category, language and keywords again.

Does this step look different in your panel?

We can review the screen and exact error text together.
