New Flow Builder and Knowledge Base are live. What changed

Improve an existing flow with AI

The purple AI button in the toolbar opens the AI ile Geliştir panel. Describe the change you want and the panel writes it straight onto the canvas.

Short answer

The panel edits the flow for you. You describe one outcome in a sentence, and it adds, removes or reconnects the nodes. There is no approval step: the result lands on the canvas, and a Geri al (undo) button appears in the panel header. Save it afterwards.

This page also exists in Turkish with the same scope: Türkçe okuyun

Before you start

  • A flow open in the Flow Builder editor
  • An AI key configured for your account, or the panel answers with an error
  • Permission to save the flow, so the change survives

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Open the AI ile Geliştir panel

Open the flow in the editor. Press the purple AI button in the toolbar; the panel opens on the left.

Describe the change in one sentence

Type it in the box at the bottom and press Enter. Type "/" for ready-made commands, or "@" to name a node.

Save the change the panel applied

Look for the "Değişiklik uygulandı" (change applied) line under the reply and the new nodes on the canvas. Press Ctrl+S.

Result check

If it did not work

Check these

  • When the panel shows "AI servisi yanıt veremedi", press "Tekrar dene" in the error box to send the request again.
  • The save button can look inactive right after a change. Ctrl+S still saves it, and a refresh without saving drops the new structure.
  • "AI servisi yapilandirilmamis" means no AI key is set for the account, so pass that message to your administrator.

Does this step look different in your panel?

We can review the screen and exact error text together.
