Undo and redo changes
Undo and Redo in the toolbar step through node, connection and position changes. The flow name and the settings fields stay outside this history.
Undo removes your last node or connection change. The shortcuts are Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y. History lives only inside the open editing session, holds at most 50 steps, and resets when you reopen the editor. Renaming the flow or editing a settings field never enters it.
Before you start
- A flow open in the Flow Builder editor
- At least one node, connection or drag change made in this same session
- Permission to save the flow, so the restored state survives
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Stay in the tab where you made the change
Keep working in the same tab. A page refresh or a trip back to the list clears the editor history.
Press Undo or Redo
Use the two arrow buttons on the right of the toolbar. Ctrl+Z steps back and Ctrl+Y steps forward.
Check that the right step moved
Confirm the deleted node is back, or the added one is gone. Press Ctrl+S to keep the result.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- Redo can look active and still not bring back the step you just undid. Redo that change by hand.
- History empties after you reopen the editor, roll back a version, or let the AI apply a change. Open the version list from the v badge to go further back.
- Undo never restores the flow name or a settings field, so type the old value back yourself.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
