Step by step
Open Flow Builder → Set Customer Status node
Go to Flow Builder → Set Customer Status node from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.

Select the new customer status and confirm where in the flow the change should occur.
Check the result
Confirm in a test record that the customer card changes to the selected status.
