Configure a Set Customer Status node
Rewrites the entire selection of one status group from inside the flow. In a multi-select group, anything you leave unchecked is removed.
The node takes one status group from the WapCRM catalog plus the new selection for it. The write is full-list: what you send becomes the complete new selection, and an empty selection clears the group. Results split into a success branch and an error branch. A flow that carries no phone number or customer id always takes the error branch.
Before you start
- A finished WapCRM connection. Without it the panel says the step cannot run and no group list loads.
- A writable status group; free-text groups appear disabled in the list and cannot be picked.
- A flow that carries a phone number or customer id, which flows started by an incoming message do.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Add the node in the flow editor
Double-click the flow in the Flow Builder list. Drag the Set Customer Status node out of the Action group and connect it to the previous step.
Pick the group, check the statuses to keep
Choose the group from the status group list. Check one status in a single-select group, or every status the customer should keep in a multi-select group. Refresh the catalog if the list looks stale.
See the status change on the customer
Save, then run the flow in a real conversation. Check in the flow log panel that the step left through the success branch, and confirm the new status in WapCRM. Flow Test writes nothing.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- When the panel reports a missing WapCRM connection, the node cannot be configured. Finish the integration step under Settings, then reload the catalog.
- Do not read a multi-select group as "add one status". Whatever you leave unchecked is removed from the customer, so check the statuses that should stay as well.
- A flow with no status group cannot be activated. The node shows a red ring and validation lists a missing required field. Pick the group, then save again.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
