Define clinic team members, roles and languages
In the Ekip Üyeleri section of the Klinik Bilgileri page, add a member, set role, name, title, language and pronouns, then order the rows.
The team list fills template fields such as {{team.dentist.name}}. When two people share a role, the first row in the list becomes the one templates return. The language box takes a single choice. Reorder the rows with the up and down arrows on each member.
Before you start
- The "Klinik Bilgileri" page open; the team list sits below the clinic contact boxes.
- The role keys your templates use, for example dentist, receptionist or coordinator.
- One language per member, picked from the eight in the list (Turkish, English, Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian).
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Scroll to the Ekip Üyeleri section
Open Ayarlar from the left menu and click the "Klinik Bilgileri" card on the Temel Bilgiler tab. Scroll down to the "Ekip Üyeleri" heading.
Fill in the member row and order it
Press "+ Üye Ekle". Type a key such as dentist in Rol, then add the name, title, language and pronouns. Move people who share a role with the up and down arrows. Press Kaydet.
Check the row number and the save notice
Saved members are numbered #1, #2 and so on. The green notice reads "Klinik bilgileri kaydedildi" and repeats the cache delay. The first row of a role is the name templates return.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If a template shows the wrong person, someone else holds the first row for that role. Move the right person to the top with the up arrow and save.
- The language box takes one value, so a second language cannot go in the same row. Choose the language that member uses in messages.
- The empty-list text says "Ekle", but the real button is "+ Üye Ekle" at the bottom of the section.
