Enable the bot on a line and attach a flow
On the Hatlar page, tap the line's switch, pick the flow that will run in the panel that opens, then confirm with Evet, botu aç. One tap is not enough.
Enabling the bot takes two deliberate steps. The switch alone does not turn it on: you choose which flow will run, then confirm with a separate button. The panel deliberately preselects nothing, because a bot wired to the wrong flow runs the wrong scenario without ever erroring. After you confirm, the row names the attached flow.
Before you start
- At least one WhatsApp line registered on the account; without one the list points you to Settings
- At least one flow available to attach; with none the switch stays locked and its tooltip reads "Bağlanacak akış yok"
- The chosen flow must be active, because an inactive flow leaves the bot silent even once attached
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Hatlar and find the line you want to enable
Open Hatlar (Lines) from the left menu. Identify the line by its name and the number printed under it. The badge in the top right tells you how many lines already run a bot.
Tap the switch, pick the flow, then confirm
Tap the switch at the right end of the row. Choose your flow from the Akış seçin list in the yellow panel. Press Evet, botu aç.
Confirm the flow name now appears on the row
The switch turns green. The words Bot kapalı give way to "Akış: <flow name>", and the open-line count in the top badge goes up by one.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If the panel warns "Seçili akış pasif: bağlansa bile bot cevap VERMEZ", press Vazgeç. Activate the flow in Flow Builder first, then enable the line again.
- The message "İstek 20 saniyede yanıtlanmadı" does not mean the change failed; the server may have finished it. Read the row's current state instead, since a half-bound line is never left behind.
- A switch that will not respond means the account has no flow to attach. Build and publish a flow in Flow Builder first.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
