Step by step
Open Settings → Follow-up Sequences
Go to Settings → Follow-up Sequences from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Add delays and message templates to follow-up stages
Open the stage, choose its delay after the previous step, and attach an approved message template. Keep stages in time order.
Check the result
Confirm that the sequence summary shows the correct delay and template for every stage.
