Add delays and message templates to follow-up stages
On the Follow-Up Sequence page, add a stage row, set the delay in days and fill in Template Slug. All stages share a 30-day window.
A follow-up sequence messages a lead who never replied, one step at a time. Each row holds two values: the wait after the previous step, and the slug of the template to send. The editor works on a single sequence. It takes five stages at most, inside a total window of 30 days.
Before you start
- A signed-in tenant account; the cards on Ayarlar > Temel Bilgiler do not render without a session.
- The slug of the template you plan to send: lowercase start, only a-z, 0-9, _ and -.
- A stage plan that fits the limits: five stages at most, 30 days of delay in total.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Follow-Up Sequence editor
Open Ayarlar from the left menu. Scroll down the Temel Bilgiler tab and click the "Follow-Up Sequence Editor" card. The page header reads "Follow-Up Sequence".
Fill in the stage row
Fill in Sequence Slug if it is empty; the save fails without it. Press "+ Stage ekle (1/5)"; the counter in the label shows the limit of five rows. Type the number of days in Delay and the template name in Template Slug. Leave Template Group empty unless you rotate templates. Press Kaydet.
Read the sequence summary line
A green "Kaydedildi." notice appears after saving. The summary under the table reads "N stage · toplam delay: N gün". Both numbers must match the rows you entered.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- The error "Çap aşımı: kümülatif pencere max 30" means the delays add up past 30 days. Lower the day count on one row, or delete the last stage.
- "template_slug geçersiz" comes from a space, a capital letter or an accented character. Start the slug with a lowercase letter and keep to a-z, 0-9, _ and -.
- A yellow "TEST MODE aktif" banner at the top turns delays into minutes instead of days. The unit label becomes "dk"; ask for that mode to be switched off before you go live.
