Create a blank flow
Open Şablondan Oluştur in the Flow Builder list, pick Boş Akış in the left column, then name the flow. The editor opens with one Başlangıç node.
A blank flow is where you start when no template fits the scenario. The only decision the form asks for is the name; everything else gets built later in the editor. That name cannot match another flow in your account. Creation finishes in the editor, and the flow stays inactive until you switch it on.
Before you start
- Flow Builder visible in the left menu; the item is hidden when the plan omits the feature.
- A name no other flow in your account already uses.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Flow Builder list
Open Flow Builder from the left menu. Press the Şablondan Oluştur button at the top right. With no flows yet, it is one of the two buttons waiting in the middle of the empty screen.
Choose Boş Akış and settle the name
Press the Boş Akış button in the left column of the window that opens. Type the name of the flow, then press Oluştur.
See the editor open with the Başlangıç node
A single Başlangıç node sits on the canvas. The toolbar badge reads Pasif, and the name you typed shows in the field to its left.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- An empty name box returns "Flow adı boş olamaz"; type a name and send the form again.
- "Bu isimde bir flow zaten mevcut" tells you the name is taken. Add the channel or the date to it and try once more.
- No Flow Builder item in the left menu means the feature is off in your plan. Ask your account admin about the plan scope.
