Step by step
Open Bot Control → ad mappings
Go to Bot Control → ad mappings from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Map an ad name to a product code
Find the ad name, select its product code, and save the mapping. Confirm that the ad and product refer to the same offer.
Check the result
Confirm that the saved mappings list shows the ad name beside the product code.
