Duplicate and delete a flow
The copy button clones a flow under the name "- Kopya" and opens the editor of that clone. Deleting works only on stopped flows and cannot be undone.
A clone carries every node and setting from the source flow. Line assignment does not follow immediately; the lines ticked in the Başlangıç node move across the first time you save the clone. Deletion is confirmed with the "Evet, Sil" button and removes the flow for good.
Before you start
- The flow you want to clone or delete, listed in Flow Builder
- A flow set to Pasif before you delete it
- A free flow name, because the server rejects a second flow with the same name
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Flow Builder list
Open Flow Builder from the left menu. Find the row you need; the Ara box at the top right filters by flow name.
Press the copy or the bin button on the row
The copy button creates the new flow and opens its editor straight away. To delete, press the bin button, read the flow name in the dialog, and confirm with "Evet, Sil".
Look for the new name or for the row that left the list
In the clone, the toolbar name should read "{name} - Kopya". After a deletion the row disappears and the total in the header drops by one.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A bin button that will not respond belongs to an active flow, and its tooltip reads "Aktif flow silinemez". Press Deaktif Et on that row first.
- Saving the clone moves the lines ticked in its Başlangıç node away from the source flow. Review the line selection in the clone so the original does not end up without a line.
- The error "Bu isimde bir flow zaten mevcut" means the name is taken. Change the name in the toolbar and save again.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
