Refresh WhatsApp delivery statuses
The refresh icon in the report drawer reloads the table from the database and asks the provider for the live status of unfinished rows.
Delivery and read receipts usually arrive on their own through provider callbacks. When a callback is late, the table looks out of date. The refresh icon runs that same query by hand. One refresh asks the provider about at most 200 unfinished rows.
Before you start
- A project with at least one send run behind it
- Your account on the WhatsApp send allowlist for the live query
- Rows still in Gönderildi, İletildi or Belirsiz state
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the report from Projeler
Click the chart icon on the row of the project you want to check.
Set the run selector
The report opens on the newest run; choose "Tüm gönderimler" to scan every run.
Press the refresh icon
Click the circular arrow icon in the filter bar.
Wait for the query to finish
The icon spins while the query runs and the button stays disabled.
Read the count in the green strip
A line reading "N / M kayıt güncellendi." appears under the filter bar.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- No green strip means the live query is off for your account. The table still reloads from the database.
- A red "Canlı durum sorgulanamadı" line means the provider could not be reached. Try again in a few minutes.
- One refresh covers at most 200 pending rows. Narrow to a single run or press refresh a few times.
- Kuyrukta, Başarısız, Okundu and İptal rows are never re-queried and do not change with this refresh.
