Review the import summary and invalid numbers
Read the six counters on the Özet step, then press Onayla ve İçe Aktar. Download the invalid numbers as CSV after the import finishes.
The summary step puts numbers on what is about to happen. The six boxes reflect your mapping and your duplicate rule. Treat them as a preview. The real figures arrive in the green line once the import runs.
Before you start
- You must be on wizard step 3, Özet
- Listede Var is calculated only when the target is an existing list
- The invalid samples and the CSV link appear only after the import has run
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Move on to wizard step 3
Press Veri İçe Aktar on the Listeler tab in Veri Yönetimi, then press İlerle.
Wait for the six counters to fill
The boxes fill in once the "Önizleme hesaplanıyor" line disappears.
Read the first four counters
Toplam is the file row count; the next three count the rows being filtered out.
Read Eklenecek and Güncellenecek
These two are the outcome of the duplicate rule you picked.
Confirm and download the invalid rows
Press Onayla ve İçe Aktar, then save the list through the CSV indir link.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- An unexpectedly high invalid count usually means the phone column is stored as a number in Excel. Set that column to Text in the source file.
- A failed import shows an "INV-OB-…" code or a plain error line. Try once more, then send the line to support unchanged.
- The preview counters and the result line can differ. The result line is the authoritative one.
- The green result line reports how many records were added, updated and skipped. Open the list from the Listeler table to confirm.
