Create and copy the lead webhook API key
Open the Landing Webhook Settings link inside the Lead Sources card on Settings > Basics, then generate the first API key there.
Short answer
The plain key appears once. The generate button opens a window and shows the full value there. Closing that window leaves a masked value on the card. Do not close it before you copy.
Before you start
- A session signed in with a company account
- Access to the page where the key will live
- Clipboard permission in the browser
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Settings
Go to Settings from the left menu.
Scroll to the Lead Sources card
The card sits on the Basics tab.
Click the Landing Webhook row
The Lead Sources page opens.
Press the generate-key button
A window opens and shows the full value.
Copy it, then close the window
The card now holds a masked value.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If clipboard access is off, select the value with the mouse and copy it.
- Close without copying and the full value is gone for good.
- Press the rotate button on the card for a new key.
- If the page fails to load, press Try Again. Send the code to support if it repeats.
