Name and type INMA custom fields
Give each cf1..cf10 slot a semantic name that starts lowercase, plus a type. An enum type also needs its values, separated by commas.
The Field Mapping page binds INMA's ten custom field slots to names your team can read. Whatever you name here becomes usable in Flow Builder and the template editor. A slot INMA has not enabled stays grey and read-only.
Before you start
- A session opened with your own tenant account; other tenants' data returns 403
- The slot enabled in the INMA admin panel, otherwise the row rejects editing
- For an enum type, the list of allowed values, such as Dublin, Cork, Galway
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the 10-slot table on the Field Mapping page
Open Ayarlar > Temel Bilgiler and follow the "Tenant Field Mapping Editor" link. The "Mapping Tablosu (cf1..cf10)" card lists ten rows.
Enter a semantic name and a type for the slot
Type a name starting with a lowercase letter in the Semantic column, for example roadshow_city. Pick Enum, String, Tarih, Boolean or Int in the Tip column. For Enum, enter the values separated by commas. Tick Zorunlu when the field must arrive on every record.
Watch the footer line switch to saved
Press Kaydet. A green "Field mapping kaydedildi." box appears. The footer line turns into "Tüm değişiklikler kaydedildi." and the card title's Son güncellenme time refreshes.

Check these
- A grey row that refuses typing means INMA has not enabled that cf slot. Enable the field in the INMA admin panel first, then reload this page.
- A "rezerve kelime" error means the name clashes with the INMA list or a lead column; pick another one. Giving two slots the same name is blocked as well.
- When the "INMA servisine ulaşılamıyor" banner appears the Label column stays empty, yet your saved mappings remain editable. Wait a few minutes, then reload the page.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
