Open Lines
Go to Lines from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Disable the bot and understand the inactive-flow warning
Open the line and disable Bot. If you see an inactive-flow warning, also check whether the attached flow is active.
Check the result
Confirm that the line shows the bot as disabled. This does not delete conversation history.
