Disable the bot and read the inactive-flow warning
On the Hatlar page, tap the switch of an enabled line once; turning it off asks for no confirmation. The inactive-flow badge is a separate state.
Turning the bot off is deliberately frictionless. One tap does it, with none of the confirmation panel that enabling requires, because nothing should stand between you and an emergency stop. A disabled row then says one thing only: Bot kapalı. The yellow "akış pasif — bot cevap vermez" badge means something else entirely, since there the bot is on but its flow is not published.
Before you start
- Access to the Hatlar page, which is open to every account with no plan gate
- A line whose bot is on or half-bound; on an already disabled row the switch sits grey
- A successful last refresh; after a failed one the page warns that the states shown may be stale
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Hatlar and pick the line to disable
Open Hatlar (Lines) from the left menu. Look for the row whose switch is green; on a line that is already off the switch sits grey and needs no tap. A row framed in amber has a contradictory configuration.
Tap the switch once
Tap the switch; no confirmation panel opens and the request goes straight out. On a half-bound row the same tap both disables the bot and clears the contradiction.
Confirm the row now reads Bot kapalı
The switch turns grey and the flow details give way to the words Bot kapalı. The open-line count in the top right drops by one. Conversation history is untouched.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- The "akış pasif — bot cevap vermez" badge does not mean the bot is off. The bot is running but its flow is unpublished; activate that flow or attach a different one to the line.
- The "Yapılandırma çelişkili" badge is a third state, not an off state. Tap the switch once and it both disables the bot and repairs the record.
- A "SONUÇ BELİRSİZ" warning means the server may have completed the change anyway. Read the switch and the status text on the row before you try again.
Does this step look different in your panel?
