View inbound and outbound messages in an execution
An execution record keeps no separate message section. A blue Gelen box holds what the customer wrote and a green Giden box the bot reply, inside the step row.
This screen has no message tab. The text that started the conversation sits at the top, in the Tetikleyen Mesaj band. Inside the step rows a blue Gelen box carries the customer message and a green Giden box carries the bot reply. One step can do both, and then the two boxes stack.
Before you start
- The Flow İzleme item visible in the left menu.
- An execution detail already open; messages appear only in the step list of the middle panel.
- An execution that carries inbound or outbound messages; the boxes appear only on rows where a message was recorded.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the execution detail
Click the execution in the Flow İzleme list. Wait for the Node İzleme list in the middle panel.
Match the boxes step by step
In each row the blue Gelen box holds the customer message and the green Giden box the bot reply. Order follows the step number.
See which turn produced the reply
Read the step name and number above the Giden box. The bot reply is written on the last step of that turn, and that is where your fix starts.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A row with no box recorded no message; the Gelen box sits on the first step of a turn and the Giden box on the last.
- The full phone number is never shown here; the list and the header keep the first four and last four digits.
- If the detail refuses to open, an INV-AT-041 Yürütme detayı yüklenemedi strip appears; click the row again.
Does this step look different in your panel?
