View a customer image and reply in the same conversation
In Chatinbox, an image sent by a customer opens inside the conversation. After checking the image, you can write your reply in the same screen, review it, and send it once.
Open the image message in the relevant conversation, check the image, and enter your reply in the composer below. After your final review, select Send once. In the verified synthetic flow, one outgoing message appears and the composer becomes empty.

Enter your reply in the composer below the conversation. The agent writes the reply; this flow does not show an automatic reply or automatic sending.
