Upload a contact list from CSV or Excel
Open Veri İçe Aktar on the Listeler tab of Veri Yönetimi, then upload your contact file at wizard step 1. The first row must hold column names.
Contact data enters Chatinbox through a three-step wizard. Step one only reads the file: it splits the rows and shows the first ten in a preview table. The limits are 15 MB and 50,000 rows, and nothing is split for you. If the workbook holds several sheets, only the first one is read.
Before you start
- Import must be switched on for your account. If it is not, the Listeler tab shows “Bu özellik hesabınızda henüz etkin değil.” instead of the list table.
- The file must be .xlsx, .xls or .csv, at most 15 MB and 50,000 rows.
- The first row of the file must hold the column names; the wizard treats that row as the header.

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the wizard on the Listeler tab
Open Veri Yönetimi (Data Management) from the left menu. On the Listeler tab, press the Veri İçe Aktar button at the top right.
Drop the file on wizard step 1
Drag the file onto the dashed upload area, or click the area and pick it from your computer. The accepted formats, size cap and row cap are printed under that area.
Verify the row count and the preview table
The row and column count appears next to the file name. Read the first ten rows in the preview below it: columns must be separated and Turkish characters intact. Then press İlerle.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If the wizard rejects the format, open the file in Excel and use Save As to convert it to .xlsx or .csv.
- The row-limit warning means the wizard will not split the file for you. Cut the file into chunks of 50,000 rows and upload each chunk separately.
- If Turkish characters look broken in the preview, save the file again as “CSV UTF-8”; the wizard reads UTF-8 and Windows-1254.
