Open Data Management → Export
Go to Data Management → Export from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Download filtered results as CSV or Excel
Apply the required filters, read the result count, and select Download CSV or Excel.

Open the file and verify its columns, row count, and first and last rows against the filter.
