Create a contact list from filtered numbers
Set your filters on the Export tab, open the Liste Oluştur card, then name the new list. It holds the unique sendable numbers behind that filter.
Liste Oluştur writes the unique, sendable numbers behind your filter into a new data list. The big figure on the count card is what goes in, while the smaller total below it counts repeats as well. The list is data only. Sending now happens in Projeler, through a project's own channel and template.
Before you start
- Export enabled for your account; the Export tab shows filters rather than a notice box.
- At least one sendable number behind the filter, or the server answers INV-OB-061 and creates nothing.
- A list name that is not in use yet, since duplicates are rejected.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Export tab under Veri Yönetimi
Open Veri Yönetimi from the left menu. Switch to the Export tab and fill in the Filtreler section.
Open the Liste Oluştur card and name the list
Check the unique-number figure on the count card. Click the Liste Oluştur card. Type a name in Liste adı, then press Oluştur.
Find the new list on the Listeler tab
A green band names the list and its number count. Switch to the Listeler tab, find the list by name, and compare its Toplam column with that count.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- 'Bu isimde bir liste zaten var' means the name is taken. Add a date to it and try again.
- 'Filtreye uyan gönderilebilir numara yok' means the filter left only unsendable records. Loosen the Sonuç filter or widen the dates.
- The Oluştur button stays disabled while Liste adı is empty. Type a name and it becomes active.
