Create a contact list from filtered numbers

Set your filters on the Export tab, open the Liste Oluştur card, then name the new list. It takes every unique number behind the filter, whatever its result.

Short answer

Liste Oluştur writes every unique number behind your filter into a new data list, including numbers whose result is Başarısız, Engellendi or Gönderilmedi. To keep a single result, set the Sonuç filter first. Opted-out numbers and numbers without marketing consent can enter the list but are still skipped at send time. The big figure on the count card is what goes in, while the smaller total below it counts repeats as well. The list is data only. Sending now happens in Projeler, through a project's own channel and template.

Before you start

Export enabled for your account; the Export tab shows filters rather than a notice box.
At least one recipient behind the filter; the Liste Oluştur card stays disabled while the count is zero.
A list name that is not in use yet, since duplicates are rejected.
Liste Oluştur takes at most 50,000 unique numbers in one go.

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Open the Export tab under Veri Yönetimi

Open Veri Yönetimi from the left menu. Switch to the Export tab and fill in the Filtreler section.

Open the Liste Oluştur card and name the list

Check the unique-number figure on the count card. Click the Liste Oluştur card. Type a name in Liste adı, then press Oluştur.

Find the new list on the Listeler tab

A green band names the list and its number count. Switch to the Listeler tab, find the list by name, and compare its Toplam column with that count.

Check these

'Bu isimde bir liste zaten var' means the name is taken. Add a date to it and try again.
"Filtreye uyan gönderilebilir numara yok; liste oluşturulamadı." means no recipient matches the filter any more. Loosen the Sonuç filter or widen the dates.
The Oluştur button stays disabled while Liste adı is empty. Type a name and it becomes active.
If the window shows "Excel için veri çok büyük…", the filter finds more than 50,000 unique numbers. Narrow the filter, or split the date range so each part stays under 50,000 numbers, and create separate lists.
