Step by step
Open Bot Messages
Go to Bot Messages from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Preview a bot message and save it live
After editing the text, open Preview. Check variables and bubbles, then use Save live only when the preview is correct.
Check the result
Confirm that the new version is active and Preview shows the saved text.
