Open a conversation transcript from supervision
Select a row, or the button that opens the conversation. The transcript slides in from the right, shows up to 80 messages, and has no reply box.
The panel is built for reading, so nobody can answer from it. Its header carries the full phone number, the line name and the channel, while the lists behind it keep the number masked. A label under each outgoing bubble names the author: bot, operator, or a provider echo. Escape closes the panel, and so does the close button.
Before you start
- At least one row in the Attention Queue or Bot Conversations
- A row linked to a chat, if you start from the Orders tab
- Supervision enabled on the account you sign in with
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Choose a tab on the supervision screen
Open Conversation Supervision. Switch to Attention Queue, Orders or Bot Conversations, because all three open the same panel.
Select the row, or the open conversation button
In the queue, press the open conversation button at the right of the row. In the tables, press the customer name. The panel slides in from the right.
Verify the number and line in the panel header
The header shows the full number, with the line name and channel below it. Labels under the outgoing bubbles read bot, operator or echo. Close it if the number is wrong.

Check these
- An amber warning at the top of the panel means outgoing messages on that line never reach our records. The transcript is incomplete, so missing replies do not prove silence.
- If the panel says the transcript could not load, close it, press Refresh, and open the row again.
- When an image is replaced by a link saying it could not load, select that link and the file opens in a new tab.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
