Step by step
Open Projects → New project
Go to Projects → New project from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Select a WhatsApp line and approved template
Select the WhatsApp channel that will send the message, then choose an Approved template available for that line.
Check the result
Confirm that the project summary shows the selected line and template together.
