Review the send preview and confirm
The send icon on the project row opens the Gönder window. Check the recipient count, the template and the sample numbers, then select Onayla ve Gönder.
Sending happens in two moves: a preview, then one confirmation. Chatinbox de-duplicates the numbers and drops the opted-out ones. It tells you how many people will receive it. After the confirmation the messages enter the queue. Only a pause or a cancel can stop them.
Before you start
- A target list, a line and an approved template saved on the project
- No run open on the project, running or paused
- Every template parameter mapped to a list column
- Your account cleared for approved-template sending
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the projects list
Go there from the left menu and find the project to send.
Select the send icon on the row
If it is disabled, hover it; the tooltip names the missing piece.
Read the recipient count
The window states how many people it reaches, with sample numbers.
Check the content block
An amber warning means some recipients miss a required parameter.
Select confirm and send
The green line reports how many messages were queued.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A disabled send icon explains itself: no template, no line, or no target list.
- An active-run warning means an earlier run is still open. Finish or cancel it first.
- Code INV-OB-085 means your account is not cleared for approved-template sending.
- Warned recipients are skipped; complete their list fields to include them.
