Review the send preview and confirm

The send icon on the project row opens the Gönder window. Check the recipient count, the template and the sample numbers, then select Onayla ve Gönder.

Short answer

Sending happens in two moves: a preview, then one confirmation. The preview de-duplicates the numbers and states a recipient count. Opted-out numbers and numbers without marketing consent drop out after the confirmation; the green line gives the number of messages queued. After the confirmation the messages enter the queue. Only a pause or a cancel can stop them.

A target list, a line and an approved template saved on the project
No run open on the project, running or paused
Every template parameter mapped to a list column
Your account cleared for approved-template sending
At most 2,000 unique sendable recipients in one send

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Open the projects list

Go there from the left menu and find the project to send.

Select the send icon on the row

If it is disabled, hover it; the tooltip names the missing piece.

Read the recipient count

The window states the de-duplicated recipient count with sample numbers. Opted-out numbers and numbers without marketing consent drop out after the confirmation.

Check the content block

An amber warning means some recipients miss a required parameter.

Select Onayla ve Gönder

The green line reports how many messages were queued.

Check these

A disabled send icon explains itself: no template, no line, or no target list.
An active-run warning means an earlier run is still open. Finish or cancel it first.
Code INV-OB-085 means your account is not cleared for approved-template sending.
Warned recipients are skipped; complete their list fields to include them.
“INV-OB-041: Hedef listelerde … gönderilebilir alıcı var; bir gönderimin üst sınırı 2000. Listeyi bölün ya da sınırı yükseltmek için destek ekibine yazın.” means the unique sendable numbers exceed 2,000; split the list into separate sends. “INV-OB-052: Hedef listelerde gönderilebilir alıcı yok.” means the lists hold no sendable number; check the list under Veri Yönetimi.
