Review products, variants and a multi-line cart
One line on the card carries the product, variant, stock code, quantity and amount. A cart with several products adds an indented block of numbered lines.
On a multi-product cart, the top line of the card shows the first line only. The rest of the cart sits in the indented block right below it, where every line carries its own number, product, variant, quantity and line total. Read that block before you approve.
Before you start
- An order request visible in the list; clicking the card is enough to select it.
- The Integrations feature active on your plan, otherwise the card never loads.
- A known payment type for the total line: the server skips the total while payment type is empty.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the record whose cart you will read
Switch to the Siparişler tab in Sohbet Gözetimi, then press the Karar ver link at the end of the row. The page opens directly.
Read the cart lines one by one
The top line carries product name, variant, stock code, product number, quantity and amount. An indented block underneath means the cart holds more than one product. Read every numbered line in that block.
Compare the total line against the line amounts
Look at "Toplam (kargo/ödeme ücreti dâhil)" at the bottom of the block. Shipping has no separate item; it sits inside the payment fee. Do not approve while the line amounts and that total disagree, and settle the cart with the customer first.

Check these
- No indented block means the cart holds a single product. If you expected a second item, settle the cart with the customer before approving.
- If the "Fiyat değişti" box opens after Onayla, quoted and current prices appear side by side. Choose Yeni fiyatla gönder, Reddet or Vazgeç.
- The amber banner "Ürün doğrulanamadı: bu kod tek bir ürüne çözülemedi." means the order was not approved. Settle the product with the customer, then try again.
