Apply or reject an AI-suggested flow change
The Uygula button saves a new version of the flow rather than a draft. Read the change before pressing it; Reddet leaves the flow exactly as it was.
The AI assistant sometimes goes past commentary and proposes a change to the flow. A proposal box appears in the chat. Apply writes to that flow and creates a new version. The screen stops being read-only at that moment. Reject only drops the proposal.
Before you start
- The decision to apply being yours; the button saves a new version of a live flow
- A pending proposal box in the chat
- Flow Builder access, so you can compare the changed step afterwards
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Bring up the proposal box
Select the failed run in Flow İzleme and ask the assistant for a change.
Read the answer
The text above the box states which step and which message will change.
Press Reddet if you are unsure
Reject does not end the chat, it only closes the box.
Press Uygula if the change is right
The button switches to "Kaydediliyor...".
Confirm the new version
Once the saved line appears, open Flow Builder and check the changed step by eye.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- "[INV-AT-052] AI değişiklik kaydetme başarısız." means the flow was left unchanged. Press apply once more.
- Send the error line to support unchanged if it fails again.
- You can ask for another suggestion on the same run.
- A pending proposal is dropped when you click another run. Stay off the list while the box is open.
