Open the WhatsApp conversation for an order
Click the order card or the product name on it. The customer's WhatsApp thread opens read-only in the right column, scrolled to the newest message.
Deciding on an order means seeing what the customer actually wrote. The right column of Sipariş Onayları exists for that. Selecting a card loads the thread, groups the bubbles under Bugün and Dün separators, and scrolls to the bottom. The panel is read-only, so no message leaves from here.
Before you start
- An order request tied to a WhatsApp conversation; the panel stays empty for a record without one.
- The Sipariş Onayları page, reached from the Siparişler tab of Sohbet Gözetimi rather than the left menu.
- The Integrations feature active on your plan, otherwise the order list never loads.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Go to the order whose chat you need
Switch to the Siparişler tab in Sohbet Gözetimi. Press the Karar ver link at the end of the row.
Select the card to load the thread
Click the order card. On a keyboard, press the product-name button inside the card. The panel in the right column loads that order's chat.
Check that the panel header names the right customer
The header shows the word Müşteri with the last four digits of the phone, and "WhatsApp · salt okunur" underneath. Compare those four digits with the ones on the top line of the card.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- "Bu siparişte sohbet kaydı yok" means the request is not tied to any WhatsApp conversation. Base your decision on the product and delivery data on the card.
- If "Konuşma yüklenemedi." appears, press the Tekrar dene link. When the error persists, use the Konuşmayı yenile button in the header.
- You cannot send a message from this panel and it shows no read receipts. Press Konuşmayı yenile to pull in newer messages.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
