Open Bot Control → Unmatched ads
Go to Bot Control → Unmatched ads from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Fix unmatched advertising products
Open the unmatched ad. Select the correct product code, or fix the missing catalog code and map it again.
Check the result
Confirm that the ad leaves Unmatched ads and appears in saved mappings.
