Step by step
Open Order Approvals
Go to Order Approvals from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Confirm the delivery address as an operator
Compare the delivery address with the customer’s latest message. Ask the customer if needed, then update delivery fields after confirmation.
Check the result
Confirm that the order card shows the full address and no Missing delivery warning.
